eClinicalWorks can be accessed in one of two methods; they are:

1. Using the eClinicalWorks Desktop Client Software.
2. Using a Remote Desktop Connection to a Terminal Server and accessing eClinicalWorks through the eClinicalWEB Client Software.

Both methods appear visually and functionally identical; however the second method involves one additional step in the connection process.
