As
Senior Network Engineer, Mr. Angelo supported the Federal
Aviation
Administration’s (FAA) Test & Evaluation (T&E) organization ATQ-1 for 9
years. During that time Mr. Angelo gained
a general understanding of the 22 NAS systems assigned to ATQ for T&E
oversight since October of 1993, including (STARS), (FFP1), (ASR-11), (DSR), (AMASS),
(WARP), and others. This understanding came from his role in the day to day network operations
of ATQ’s Wide Area Network (WAN) whereby he was included
in daily ATQ briefings on NAS test & evaluation (T&E) projects because
of his requirement to provide ATQ with task specific software applications,
communications, and computer network support. The ATQ user community, totaling 49 users, included
27 support contractors at the

16, 2001 Technautics / EER Systems
Picked up by EER Systems to continue supporting ATQ. Work involved preparing and presenting
written material in non-technical terminology for ATQ senior management. Mr. Angelo extended the FAA LAN at the WJH Technical Center to include FAA Headquarters LAN, creating a wide area network (WAN) offering data replication & access redundancy.

8, 1998 Galaxy Scientific Corporation
First began supporting the FAA (ATQ) under contract with Galaxy
Scientific Corporation. Mr. Angelo was involved in designing the ATQ
office space in building 300. He also designed, built,
maintained, and managed ATQ’s Local Area Network and
help desk.

As
computer system analyst III/ Program Manager for the FAA Technical Center’s Micro
Processor End User Support Contract, Mr. Angelo managed a group of five analysts
who provided analytical support to the FAA Technical Center's 1700 users by
creating the very first base wide computer support help desk.
