Word Print Options within a Terminal Server Session
Microsoft Word, and all other Microsoft applications, handle Remote Desktop Client printers very well and require no additional user setup. What ever printer was set to be your local default printer will simply become your Terminal Server Session default printer.

I've created some screen shots showing how your local printer simply shows up in the Terminal Servers printers folder after you log-on to a Terminal Server Session. Just as magicly, the printer is removed from the Terminal Server printers folder when you log-off; thus leaving a clean environment for the next users session.
Here is what my home PC printer list looks like before connecting to the Terminal Server:
(Your default printer is identified by a small check mark left of it's name.)
The screen shot above shows my HP Deskjet 1120c is my default printer.
Now I will start a Terminal Server Session, open control panel on the terminal server session, and display the available printers.
The screen shot above shows that my local hp 1120c printer has been added to the list of printers on the Terminal Server and has been automatically selected as the default printer.
(The check mark left of the HP DeskJet 1120c printer means it is the default printer.)
Now I will open Microsft Word, type some text, and then open Word's Print Menu to show how Word automatically defaults to my local printer.
The next screen shows the Microsft Word Print Dialog Box.
Now I can print the current document back on my local printer; or I can select any other printer in the above list.
